The Meikleour Arms
Much of our Spey casting lessons take place on the river Tay in the grounds of this beautiful hotel, by kind permission of the owners. If that wasn't a good enough reason to stay here, how about the fact that it is beautifully appointed, intimate and cosy, with great food and wonderfully helpful, welcoming staff. As they say on their website, this place provides "a warm Scottish welcome with a decidedly French flourish", and we love it!

The closest hotel to us, and to some of the trout fisheries we teach on, is the Glendevon Hotel, situated in the small town of Auchterarder.
