Booking & Cancellation Policy

We require a 10% deposit on all private instruction and guided fishing days at the time of booking, and will send an invoice for this once the booking is confirmed. Full payment is due 72 hours before the agreed start date.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 

• Cancel more than 7days before agreed start date – no charge
• Cancel less than 7 days, but more than 3 days before agreed start date – 50% of agreed amount
• No show, or cancel less than 3 days before agreed start date – 100% agreed amount.

Should we need to cancel the lesson or guided fishing day due to health or family concerns, we will first attempt to find a suitable replacement instructor/guide, then suggest alternative dates, and if those options aren't possible or acceptable, will fully refund all monies paid to us.

If a guided fishing day is cancelled due to the weather having made it unsafe or unfishable, this is deemed "An Act of God", and we are not obliged to refund the fishing fee - unless the owner of the beat agrees to do so. Should a guided fishing day get cancelled because of the weather there will be no guide fee due.

If a private lesson has to be cancelled because of the weather/fishing conditions we will first suggest an alternative venue/lesson that is safe. If that is not acceptable we are happy to discuss moving the lesson to another date.
